Shipping

Mainland UK Deliveries

Shipping of mattress orders within the UK mainland is £9.99 for standard delivery (3-5 days)

Please Note: Deliveries to Northern Ireland, Isle of Man, Isle of Wight and some areas in the Highlands of Scotland may incur additional shipping costs. Please contact us before placing your order.

Shipping to Europe and Internationally is possible, however shipping costs levied by courier companies for large items such as mattresses have increased significantly.

If you are willing to incur theses costs, then please contact us first to confirm the shipping cost and place your order.

Please Note: Deliveries to remote areas in Europe or Internationally may incur an additional “Out of Area Surcharge” charged by the courier. If this is the case, we will contact you to arrange any additional payment to cover the courier costs, or you will be free to cancel the order for a full refund should you wish.

When shipping products out of the UK, the purchaser is wholly liable for any additional import tax levied by the country of shipping destination. SleepCurve will not be liable for any import tax charges whatsoever.

IMPORTANT: Due to customs restrictions, we do not ship to Russia.

Returns / Refunds

In the unlikely event you need to return your mattress, please first contact us by email for a returns authorisation number..

Due to the hygienic and clinical nature of our baby wellbeing products, any items returned to SleepCurve must strictly adhere to the following:

  • Any items returned must be received by SleepCurve within 14 days from the date goods are delivered.
  • Returned items for a refund MUST be in their original UNOPENED packaging – this is for hygiene reasons.
  • Any refunds issued will exclude postage costs and a restocking fee of £20.00, unless the product is found to be damaged or faulty.
  • We cannot accept responsibility for lost or misdirected returns and recommend for your own protection that you obtain an appropriate level of postal insurance when returning items to us.
  • Refunds will only be issued on the strict adherence / confirmation of the above and subject to approval by The SleepCurve Company.
